Every machine tool structure originates from high-tensile Meehanite casting with double stress-relieving thermal cycles. Our temperature-regulated manufacturing bays house heavy-duty guideway grinding machines and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify micron-level geometry on every casting before final mechanical and electrical assembly.

Cast Iron Aging & Guideway Grinding
HT300 Meehanite iron casting with 6-month natural outdoor aging and high-frequency induction hardening reaching HRC 52. Sub-micron precision guide way grinding ensures flat, repeatable motion.
Renishaw Laser Pitch & Circularity
Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer pitch error compensation across full travels. Renishaw QC20-W wireless ballbar circularity verification to eliminate servo mismatch and axis backlash.
72-Hour Continuous Run-In FAT
3 days non-stop dynamic dry-run burn-in cycling high-speed feeds, spindle thermal soak, tool changes, and lubrication intervals. Full FAT documentation signed off with machine serial numbers.
Global Logistics & Commissioning Support
Each machine is preserved with vapor-corrosion inhibitor wrap, secured in export-certified seaworthy steel-framed wooden crates, and accompanied by full calibration certificates, electrical schematics, and operator manuals.
